Rework Your Vehicle Wrap Workflow for Ads

The Ochion Concept

Ochion eliminates the recurring installation and removal cycle of vinyl vehicle advertising through a removable digital display system designed for fleet operators. Instead of printing and reinstalling ads every campaign, Ochion enables reusable, non-permanent displays that update instantly. The result is a simpler operating model: less physical rework, less coordination overhead, and a cleaner path to repeatable campaign execution.

Value

Pilot format disclaimer. The initial Ochion pilot is intended only for side panel and rear / back panel ad formats. The pilot is not intended to support full wraps or full-bus digital coverage.

Projected Savings & Retained Contribution

The graphic below compares a typical one-month side panel + rear / back panel campaign with an illustrative Ochion deployment for the same pilot-oriented formats.

$0 $1k $2k $3k $4k $5k+ Traditional side + rear panel campaign Advertiser spend $2,800 Operator retained $1,000 Ochion panel package Advertiser spend $2,400 Operator retained $1,700 Total billed campaign price Retained contribution after direct costs
Method and sources. This chart is structured around one-month side panel and rear panel advertising, not full wraps. Public reference points used for pilot-format context include STAR Transit, which lists side panels at $300/month, back wraps at $350/month, plus $450 and $800 wrap/install/removal charges respectively, and Santa Barbara MTD, which lists queen ads at $300/month and tail ads at $450/month, with stated inclusion of one-time installation and removal service. The traditional panel scenario shown here is an illustrative bundled benchmark of $2,800 total advertiser spend with assumed retained contribution of $1,000 after direct handling and execution costs. The illustrative Ochion scenario assumes a lower bundled campaign price of $2,400 with direct costs of $500 device rental, $150 administrative handling, and $50 graphic setup, leaving $1,700 in retained contribution. Ochion figures are scenario assumptions for concept evaluation only and are not a quote. Sources: STAR Transit 2025 Advertising Media Kit, Santa Barbara MTD 2025 Media Kit.

Pilot Program

This letter of intent period is focused on validating the concept prior to a pilot. Our pilot is focused on real-world testing of prototypes. We will be working with a small number of fleet operators to pilot 1–3 units per fleet. Afterwards, we will plan a broader buildout.
